i am a creative professional and current graduate student of information sciences interested in community service and resource accessibility; the experience and preservation of the physical and the digital; in drawing, animation, media studies; in information, the altweb, shoujo manga, electronic music, personal websites; and in practicing slowness, in order to rebuild both intimacy in internet spaces and solidarity within subcultural ones.
i consider myself a "DIY" digital humanist and an academic-at-heart. i am invested in metadata, archives, art librarianship, and japanese studies. i like to think, write, read, draw, paint, design, take photos, watch films, shoot video, and play around on the web. i've been creating using css, html, and crayons since before i learned to tie my own shoelaces.
if you are curious about my interests or what i'm working on these days, i encourage you to check out my now page, my wiki, or my blog.
